What does it mean for a nonprofit to be CRA aligned?
Each nonprofit on Community Qualifier has been reviewed by findCRA utilizing a dual evaluation process. Nonprofits are first evaluated by our proprietary algorithm, CRANIA, and then further validated by our CRA experts. When nonprofit passes both parts of this review, we create a nonprofit profile for them on Community Qualifier. From there, a nonprofit can claim their profile and add additional information including their programs & services, counties served, targeted clients and income groups and more.

Programs & Services info
SF ReServe
SF ReServe (SFR) engages local employers to create jobs that meet their part-time staffing needs & connects them to job-seeking "ReServists" who have the skills required for each position. San Francisco Disability & Aging Services (DAS) funds provide employers with a 40% hourly wage subsidy for each ReServist hired. SFR serves San Franciscans age 60 years/older, & adults with disabilities, age 18/older. With San Francisco's high cost of living - especially housing - seniors & disabled adults living on low & fixed incomes struggle to make ends meet. 77% of the city's renter households with an adult age 62 or older, & 70% of those with a disabled adult have incomes below 80% AMI.
