Matching Grant Program
The Matching Grant Program is designed to assist participants in achieving financial self-sufficiency through employment within 180 to 240 days of enrolling or arriving in the United States. Throughout the program, participants receive a range of services, including case management, employment support, cash assistance, referrals for ESL classes, medical services, job training or recertification, social adjustment support and other necessary services.

Employer Engagement Program
The Employer Engagement Program strengthens ties with local employers of ORR-eligible populations to enhance refugees' upskilling and opportunities for promotion. Through this program, CRRA collaborates with employer partners and refugee participants to develop personalized, workplace-based training plans focused on English language and other job-related skills that help participants make progress towards their professional goals.
