What does it mean for a nonprofit to be CRA aligned?
Each nonprofit on Community Qualifier has been reviewed by findCRA utilizing a dual evaluation process. Nonprofits are first evaluated by our proprietary algorithm, CRANIA, and
then further validated by our CRA experts. When nonprofit passes both parts of this review, we create a nonprofit profile for them on Community Qualifier. From there, a nonprofit can claim their profile and add additional information including their programs & services, counties served, targeted clients and income groups and more.

Programs & Services
Community Based Mentoring matches children with supportive adults.
A high quality Community Based program such as facilitated by BBBSN begins with recruitment of volunteers who understand that these are long term relationships. Carefully screened and trained mentors are matched with children in the community who can benefit from an additional caring and positive adult in their life. Over 90% of these children and youth are being raised in a single parent household or, by grandparents - a growing population. These friend matches engage in activities in the community and on a schedule arranged between the Big, Little and parent or guardian. The BBBS Match Support staff continue to support the relationship to keep it together for years and we measure positive life long impacts.
