Housing Development and Asset Management work to increase the number of affordable homes in our community by building new properties and acquiring NOAH properties while keeping Aeon homes open and operating as permanently affordable. Property Operations

Resident Services
Resident Services assembles a team of service partners and internal Resident Connections staff who deliver direct services and resource navigation to help residents meet basic needs and address barriers to maintaining safe, stable housing. For residents with more intensive needs (e.g., homelessness, disabilities, chemical dependency), Aeon partners offer broader service capacity, including individual case management services. Aeon also helps residents build capacity to promote personal well-being and growth, such as engagement in the Resident Speakers Bureau leadership and advocacy programming and promoting residents’ wealth building by reporting all on-time rent payments to credit bureaus.
