TO PROVIDE CRITICAL REPAIRS, MODIFICATIONS AND RESOURCE-CONSERVING UPGRADES TO LOW-INCOME HOMEOWNERS IN THE PORTLAND AREA. BY MOBILIZING DONATED FUNDS AND IN-KING SUPPLY CONTRIBUTIONS, WE RESTORE SAFE, HEALTHY AND ENERGY EFFICIENT LIVING ENVIRONMENTS FOR THOSE WHO CANNOT AFFORD CRITICAL REPAIRS. WHILE BANYAN WILL SEEK TO SERVE ALL RESIDENTS MAKING LESS THAN 80% OF MEDIAN AREA INCOME, PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE ELDERLY, THOSE WITH DISABILITIES, U.S. MILITARY VETERANS, FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN, AND OTHER DEMOGRAPHICS AT PARTICULAR RISK FOR HOUSING INSECURITY.
