HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES MAKE ECONOMIC SENSE (HOMES)
The HOMES program is focused on providing housing stability to LMI working families. Families must complete both pre- and post-housing education and counseling to receive assistance with down payment, closing costs or rent. In addition, this program creates workforce housing by acquiring foreclosed, REO or zombie properties and rehabbing them into affordable housing units for purchase or rental.
