Meal delivery to homebound elderly and disabled Galveston citizens
Noontime meals are delivered five days a week (Monday through Friday) to homebound elderly and disabled Galveston residents. Meals are provided at cost and no one is denied service due to an inability to pay. Only 2.5% of our recipients can afford the full cost of their meals. Recipients are asked to pay what they are able, and 85% of our recipients are unable to contribute anything toward the cost of their meal.
