GOODWILL SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA UPLIFTS LIVES THROUGH THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF WORK. WE PROVIDE INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING, MENTORING, QUALITY CARE PLACEMENT, AND WRAPAROUND SUPPORTIVE SOCIAL SERVICES, THESE INITIATIVES THAT EMPOWER BOTH INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES INCLUDING THOSE WITH THE GREATEST BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT THEREBY FOSTERING EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITIES THAT LEAD TO ECONOMIC MOBILITY, PROSPEROUS OUTCOMES, AND INCLUSIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH FOR EVERYONE.

Latinos in Finance
Latinos in Finance is a workforce development initiative offered by Goodwill Southern California in partnership with UnidosUS, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. The program provides bilingual, cohort-based banker training designed to expand career pathways for Latino and BIPOC job seekers in the banking and finance industries. Participants receive industry-recognized financial services training, career development support, and job placement assistance to help them access high-quality, sustainable careers in the finance sector. It also serves Riverside County youth by creating direct connections to banking careers and employment opportunities.
