HBCU ALLIANCE PARTNERS' MISSION STATEMENT IS TO PROVIDE AWARENESS OF NEED AND PRIVATE CAPITAL FOR THE ENRICHMENT AND ENDOWMENT OF HISTORICALLY BLACK COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES (HBCUS). BRANCH BANK CAPITAL FORMATION
Through this unique program, banks throughout the nation can donate decommissioned bank branches or other facilities through allowable IRS bargain sale regulations. These donated properties are received by HBCU Alliance Partners and sold at a fair market value. The proceeds from the sell of the property are utilized to fund scholarships for low-income students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

LOW-INCOME STUDENT HBCU SCHOLARSHIPS
Through its relationship with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, HBCU Alliance Partners generates funding for scholarships for low-income students enrolled at or attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) throughout the nation. Under its services, HBCU Alliance Partners receives donated properties from banks or other corporations and markets those properties for sale. The proceeds from those donated property sales are then utilized to fund low-income scholarships.
