Junior Achievement BizTown
JA BizTown is a simulated city where 4th-6th graders have a job, get paid and spend their money to learn about an economy. Volunteers work in a business with 4-10 students guiding them through the day answering questions and keeping students focused on their tasks. Training occurs in the morning. No previous experience or knowledge needed.

3DE by Junior Achievement 9th & 10th Grade
3DE is a program that is part of 5 local high schools. Students are given case challenges from local and national businesses 6 times per year. Students research and come up with a solution and present it to a panel of judges. We need Business Coaches who can spend time with multiple students for a day talking to them about their project and sharing insights from your experiences. We also need Judges who spend a couple of hours watching the presentations and ranking them. Opportunities can be found on multiple dates from September - May each school year.

3DE by Junior Achievement 11th Grade
In 11th grade in the 3DE program, students work in teams to create businesses. They work on this during the whole school year. We need Project Coaches who can meet with students to discuss their project and share insights from your experiences. Volunteers can come for one day or they can follow the progress of the students and visit multiple times during the year. At the end of the school year, students have a market day where they promote their businesses to visitors.

Career Fairs
Attend a Career Fair at a school to promote your career and bank. You'll be provided a table that you can use for a display promoting your bank. Students will come around to find out more information. Share any insight you have into your industry and jobs that may be available in the future.
