Through its wide network of family centers, LCSNW provides warm and welcoming places in the community, helping vulnerable families and individuals break cycles of poverty and trauma. They offer parenting education, child development activities, support groups, resource fairs, community referrals, and connections to basic needs like food, clothing, health care, housing and employment. In addition, LCSNW also offers foster care programs as well as the Safe Families for Children program which provides families in crisis with safe, short-term respite care for children.

LCSNW provides aging adults and people with disabilities with the services they need to live engaged and independent lives. Services include programs and holiday gifts to homebound seniors, home care services and companionship, and opportunities to give back to their communities. LCSNW also has programs that support caregivers who help elderly and disabled neighbors maintain their independence.
