THE MIRACLE LETTER PROGRAM (MLP) PROVIDES ONE-TIME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS OR FAMILIES IN LOGAN, WASHINGTON, MORGAN, YUMA, SEDGWICK, AND PHILLIPS COUNTY WHO ARE FACING OVERWHELMING FINANCIAL EXPENSES DUE TO A CATASTROPHIC EVENT. A KEY GOAL IS TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WHO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR OTHER FORMS OF ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT IN A LOW ENOUGH INCOME BRACKET.
