What does it mean for a nonprofit to be CRA aligned?
Each nonprofit on Community Qualifier has been reviewed by findCRA utilizing a dual evaluation process. Nonprofits are first evaluated by our proprietary algorithm, CRANIA, and then further validated by our CRA experts. Made possible by a generous gift from Portland philanthropists and business leaders, Tim and Mary Boyle, as well as grants from the city of Portland and Multnomah County, it will be operated in partnership with Transitions Projects, Inc., the city, county, state agencies, and many nonprofit and faith-based groups.
