What does it mean for a nonprofit to be CRA aligned?
Each nonprofit on Community Qualifier has been reviewed by findCRA utilizing a dual evaluation process. Nonprofits are first evaluated by our proprietary algorithm, CRANIA, and
then further validated by our CRA experts. When nonprofit passes both parts of this review, we create a nonprofit profile for them on Community Qualifier. From there, a nonprofit can claim their profile and add additional information including their programs & services, counties served, targeted clients and income groups and more.

Shelter Build Projects
HomeAid Southern Nevada's shelter build and renovation program partners up with shelters in the Southern Nevada area to either build a shelter from the ground up or renovate an existing shelter. HomeAid is the charitable arm of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, and we team up with their builder and subcontractor members to complete our projects. We pride ourselves in getting, on average, over 91% of every shelter build project entirely donated through labor, services, materials, and time. Since we opened our doors, more than 192,000 square feet have been built and renovated with almost $4.1 million in total project value.
