Micro Lending for Small Business
We offer loans from $5,000 to $100,000. Loan funds can be used for gap financing, operating capital, equipment, property acquisition, inventory & leasehold improvements. We offer a fixed rate of prime +2 or prime +3 depending on what the loan is used for. Local lenders will refer loan applicants that do not meet traditional lending guidelines to our program because we will work with the applicants who have a less than desirable credit score or do not have the collateral required by a bank. We also assist with the applicant with down payment. Our goal is to assist the entrepreneur in becoming bankable and doing everything to see them succeed with the training and TA services after the loan has closed.
