What does it mean for a nonprofit to be CRA aligned?
Each nonprofit on Community Qualifier has been reviewed by findCRA utilizing a dual evaluation process. Nonprofits are first evaluated by our proprietary algorithm, CRANIA, and then further validated by our CRA experts. When nonprofit passes both parts of this review, we create a nonprofit profile for them on Community Qualifier. Emergency Shelter and Resource Center Program
The ESRC program supports individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing immediate relief through 24/7 access to safe shelter, meals, personal hygiene items, and clothing at four year-round facilities. By meeting these basic needs, the program enables guests to focus on rebuilding their lives in an environment that alleviates the stress of day-to-day survival. Housing Program
The Road Home’s Housing program helps people in housing crisis who have sought refuge at our emergency shelter resource centers to find and successfully retain homes. We achieve this by working with our guests to understand their immediate needs and connect them with support services, while also helping them find housing that is affordable, accessible, and available in our community. Our housing sub-programs provide tailored solutions to end homelessness. Rapid Rehousing offers short-term assistance for households to quickly secure homes, Permanent Supportive Housing offers affordable homes with comprehensive services for chronically homeless individuals, and Shared Housing creates collaborative living arrangements to meet community needs.
