Primary Prevention
The Shelter anticipates reaching a minimum of 10,900 students throughout Collier County via its Primary Prevention Program. Students who attend The Shelter's primary prevention programming will gain knowledge in acceptance of less rigid gender roles and develop tolerance for differences, how to establish healthy boundaries with peers, healthy ways to manager anger and positive conflict resolution.
