It works to develop curriculum and design projects that can demonstrate community assets, the skills of local residents, the power of local associations, the resources of public, private & nonprofit institutions and the physical & economics resources of local places as key building blocks in sustainable urban and rural community revitalization efforts. Once trained and mobilized, neighbors self-activate their own community projects utilizing the tools and resources their communities already have.
